All Repair Related

Yes, we do. We will need confirmation and authorisation from your insurer. If your insurer has requested that you get quotations for your repair, we are pleased to assist!

Usually yes, but that can vary depending on how many parts of your car might need repairing.

We are highly skilled and trained for repairing vehicles at your location. We use special equipment such as heat lamps to quickly and efficiently cure the paintwork, allowing repairs to be completed on the same day.

The amount of time the repair will take will be stated to you at the time of quoting.

If your vehicle has multiple panels that need to be repaired, then it can take longer than one day.

You will be made aware of the length of time required to repair your vehicle when you are being quoted.

We cannot give an accurate quotation until we have seen the vehicle to assess, or seen photos of the damage. Recieve a free estimate by contacting us

Quotations / estimates are valid for 30 days.

We usually collect between 7:30am and 8am. We can collect from a location convenient to you, providing the chosen location is within our area.  Please ask us for more details.

No repair can be identical to a vehicle’s factory finish, which is machine sprayed to a level beyond human capability.

We do however ensure a very high quality of repair, equal to bodyshop repair and offer a lifetime guarantee.

We use a colour matching system and use computer assisted mixing to create the original paint colour of your car, this ensures the best possible colour match.

The car is ready for use as soon as the repair is complete. However, 3 days curing time must be allowed before the repair is subjected to
washing/polishing either by hand or automatic machinery.

All bodywork has a lifetime guarantee for as long as the vehicle is retained by that same owner. Alloy wheel repairs are guaranteed for 12 months.

We can accept payment via credit and debit card, or BACS transfer. You will be contacted to take payment once the work has been completed.

Allow 1 week before you clean them, ensure you use mild soapy warm water to clean them frequently.

Avoid car wash wheel cleaners and jet/pressure washers, as they can strip the lacquer and paint away.

There are dedicated alloy wheel cleaning products available, but they can contain acid-based chemicals which can erode away the finish in the long run. We advise that you only use non-caustic alloy wheel cleaners.

We are unfortunately unable to repair diamond cut alloys.

We recommend not to wash or polish the repaired areas by hand or machinery for a minimum of 3 days.
